Refund policy

Any product purchased from everettsbambuds.com that you are unsatisfied with and is in new/unworn/unwashed condition with tags may be refunded for the full purchase price (to the original purchaser) or exchanged within seven (7) days. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. There is a fourteen (14) day return policy, which means you have seven (7) days after receiving your item to request a return. Anything after seven (7) days is eligible for store credit. 

Refunds can be requested one (1) day after the specified delivery date for arrival to Everett's Bam Buds. Please email everettsbambuds@gmail.com to request a refund. Constant use of refunds could result in removal of group/ordering.
